On Saturday, October 18, the Kingston East Community Centre was filled with laughter and wonder thanks to The arts and history of circus, presented by Joey Albert as part of ACFOMI‘s the Franco-Foire. Juggling, balance, and playfulness flowed seamlessly before an enchanted audience of children, parents, and grandparents, all brought together in a festive atmosphere.

Free and open to all, this circus-inspired performance brought Kingston’s francophone and francophile community together around creativity and shared joy. Children watched in awe as the artists performed, while adults rediscovered, for a moment, the sense of wonder from their own childhood.

A heartfelt thank you to ACFOMI, Les Tréteaux de Kingston, CEPEO, CECCE, and all our season partners, whose support makes these cultural gatherings possible. Thanks to you and to the warmth of the audience, this year’s Franco-Foire left a lasting trace of collective magic.

A heartfelt thank-you as well to our partners and funders for their continued support throughout the season.
