The City of Kingston will resume on Sunday, September 4, 2022, the Intercultural Arts Festival, after a two-year hiatus,.

Throughout the day, you can attend to a series of shows for free, performed on the outdoor stage in front of the city hall.

The Frontenac Cultural Center will present Norbert Lepage :

Norbert Lepage is celebrating his 45th year as an entertainer. Originally from Welland, this Gananoque resident has played in numerous bands from Niagara to Kingston with a 14-year layover in Toronto. He is a two-time finalist in CBC’s Ontario Pop in the singer-songwriter category. Norbert released his only album to date, “Ça s’en vient!” in 2008. Perfectly comfortable singing and writing in both of our official languages, Norbert is currently working on his next project with his band “Link Traynor”. The album should be released in the spring of 2023.
