We are thrilled to partner with the Tourism Kingston Music Office to host a bilingual Youth Open Mic at Théâtre Le Sésame on Sunday, December 7 at 1:00 p.m.
This free event invites young musicians, songwriters, poets, and performers to take the stage and share their creativity and passion in a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Parents, friends, and family are all welcome to come cheer them on!
🎶 Mentorship Session with Véloce André
Before the show, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a mentorship session with Véloce André, a Francophone artist from Kingston. These short one-on-one sessions, lasting 10 to 15 minutes, will take place between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., allowing young performers to rehearse their pieces before the event begins.
👉 The mentorship sessions for November 9 are already full, but participants can join the waiting list or register for the December 7 session at Théâtre Le Sésame.
We’re especially excited to welcome Véloce André, who will also return later this season to open for Waahli on Friday, April 10, 2026 as part of our artistic program.
