On the occasion of our 45th anniversary, the Centre culturel Frontenac is delighted to present not one, not two, but three local francophone artists — Good Fortune, Véloce André, and a well-known member of our community, Mr. Nicholas Jodouin-Lund — who will perform as opening acts for Brian St-Pierre, Waahli, and Matiu.

Kelsey McNulty, a Franco-Ontarian artist from Kingston, launched her solo project Good Fortune in 2022. After a beautiful self-titled debut album, she returns with a short five-track French EP full of retro-pop charm — “a love letter to the past and the present, capturing the youthful freedom of 1960s French films while connecting the lyrics to today’s fast-changing world,” as she explains in the press release accompanying the EP’s release.

Come meet her on Friday, March 20, 2026, as she opens for Brian St-Pierre at 7:00 p.m. at Théâtre Le Sésame.

Véloce André, a versatile artist from Hawkesbury, Ontario, is known for his clothing brand 4CiD R4BBiT and his involvement in a collective of visual artists in Kingston.

Having studied in Kingston in the Music & Digital Media and Percussion programs at Queen’s University, Véloce André is a passionate artist who pushes the boundaries of music and creativity. His love for art in all its forms shines through in his unique creations and his desire to connect authentically with his audience.

He is now embarking on a solo career in French after years on the English-language music scene! Get ready to be amazed by this limitless Franco-Ontarian artist!

Catch him opening for Waahli on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Théâtre Le Sésame.

Join Nicholas Jodouin-Lund, a pianist and composer well known in our community, for a one-of-a-kind musical evening. Accompanied by Tim Stiff on bass and Doug van der Horden on drums, Mr. Nick offers a concert full of creativity, improvisation, and musical connection.

The program features jazz, blues, and modern sounds in an atmosphere that’s both intimate and vibrant — a perfect way to celebrate the start of CCF’s new season with music, friends, and francophone family spirit… and take note, it’s going to be good!

We launched our 2025–2026 season with him, so of course, we’ll close it with him as well!

Mr. Nick will open for Matiu on Friday, June 12 at 7:00 p.m. at Théâtre Le Sésame.
